The most effective coaching relationships transform the conflict-related energy into serving the relationship in a positive way. 901 Coaching Through Conflict explores how leveraging the conflicts–small and large–that fill everyday life so that clients learn about themselves and accomplish their goals. In class 901, you’ll explore coach-client conflict styles, explore how coaches can maximize similar conflict styles and discover strategies for coaching success when conflict styles are different.

- Starts DATE at TIME pm Eastern

Prerequisites: To take any course at the 500 level or above, you should meet the following pre-requisites:
- Complete 60 hours of coach training
- 60 hours of coaching experience
