Sometimes a movement accelerates when someone from the outside sees value in what’s happening.
A validation happens. New seriousness adds weight to the proceedings.
As you find your place in the coaching movement, ask yourself “What benefit would an International Coaching Federation credential be for me?” What would that outside validation do for your coaching?
What do you want to do with coaching? If you’re committed to developing the people around you but don’t see coaching as an income source, focus on training. Get as good as you can as quickly as you can. Don’t worry about anything else.
But if you envision getting paid to coach, an ICF credential might be a wise investment. That outside validation might make a big difference!
Working with CoachNet sets you up to earn any of the three ICF credentials.
The process requires coach training, coaching experience, mentor coaching, and examination(s). Visit the ICF website to explore the details for each credential and the pathway involved.
CoachNet offers approved training and qualified mentor coaches because of our standing as an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) and the credentials our training team members carry.
We would love to talk with you about how credentialing might deepen your place in the coaching movement!
