Amy Glazer, PCC is the Director of Operations. She lives in Seville, Ohio with her husband, Jon. A 20+ year veteran of not-for-profit organizations, Amy specializes her coaching practice by working with leaders who are focused on using their unique wiring to develop the people around them. Kevin Weaver, PCC works at a day job as the CEO of Network 211. By night, Kevin runs a coaching practice and holds the Professional Certified Coach credential in the International Coaching Federation. Dave Brunelle, PCC lives in the Cleveland area with his wife of 30 years, Carole. Dave also has 30 years of diverse experience working in Government, Public Safety, and Non-Profit sectors. He has his Professional Certified Coach credential and loves working with entrepreneurial and social enterprise leaders. The Brunelles have eight kids, three sons-in-law, five grandchildren, one dog, and two really cool motorcycles. He’s also got solid lumberjack skills to go with his beard and flannel shirts. John Mocko, PCC was born in central New York as one of five children in a family valued hard work. While attending the United States Air Force Academy, John formed disciplines of honesty, sacrifice, and determination. Faith has always been an essential part of his life, which led to a call to pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). John served congregations in New York, Pennsylvania, Colorado and North Carolina. John and Caroline have a blended family of nine children, sixteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. John has enjoyed coaching since 2006. “I take seriously the fact that we have two ears and one mouth, so listening to others is what I love to do,” says John. Rebecca Sok, PCC learned about coaching in 2010 and said, “Now THIS is what I was born to do!” She currently has over 2,500 client hours on record and is a PCC. She hopes to earn her MCC in 2021. She’s written three featured articles on the ICF’s Coaching World blog, Performance Pressure and the Value of Coaching, and “Normalizing Silence: Use Your Water as a Tool” and “Managing MMM: Three Ways to Increase Your Nonverbal Awareness.” She also is the co-author of “Move Into Breakthrough,” another tool for coaches. She’s a certified Harrison Debriefer (level 2) and a trained mentor coach. She earned a masters in Higher Education and Organizational Change from UCLA, and has a BA in Organizational Communication from George Fox University. Joshua Miller, PhD, ACC is a leader in the field of narrative based motivational assessment and a master practitioner of the System for Identifying Motivated Abilities®. For the last 18 years he has applied his expertise in a variety of applications, including executive search, organizational development, and talent management. Since 2010, he has served as a coach helping individuals embrace and effectively leverage their own patterns of unique motivation. He is certified at the ACC level with the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is a co-developer of MCODE, the first on-line assessment that blends a person’s own achievement stories with established psychometric constructs. He regularly offers MCODE Training and Certification workshops.
