8 hours of live coaching, where you’ll practice your coaching skills. In this advanced lab, you’ll also receive real-time feedback from your peers and written feedback from a credentialed coach. 8 one hour sessions on Wednesdays or Thursdays starting at 2:30 pm Eastern. Evening slots also available.
In this 8 session course, you’ll work on advanced coaching skills under the observance of a credentialed International Coaching Federation coach. Each participant will both coach and be coached during the course of the 8 sessions.
Each session will begin with a short teaching on a high-level application of one of the 8 ICF Core Competencies. You’ll then coach one of the other participants and will receive immediate feedback from both your instructor and the other participants.
You’ll leave this class with an action plan for developing your own coaching AND have listened to enough coaching that you’ll begin to identify both strong and weak moments in your own coaching as they happen!
All written feedback is offered by CoachNet trainers who have at least a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential in the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
